By creating an account, purchasing a ticket, or promoting an event on Plezievent, you signify
your unequivocal acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. These terms form a legally
binding agreement between you and Plezievent Inc., governing your use of our services.

3. User Registration and Account Creation

4. Promoter Registration and Account Management
Promoters are required to register and create an account to post events. In addition to the
general user information, promoters must choose a membership plan and agree to the
specific terms applicable to such plans. As a promoter, you are solely responsible for the
events you list, ensuring they comply with local laws, ethical standards, and our content
guidelines. Failure to comply may result in the removal of listings, account suspension, or
other actions deemed necessary by Plezievent.
5. Membership Plans and Fees
As a promoter, you can choose our monthly membership plan at $9.9. This plan allows you
to post events on Plezievent and includes a service fee of $1.80 and applicable taxes for
each event you promote. Membership fees and service charges are subject to change.
Plezievent will provide at least 30 days’ notice of any such changes. All fees are non-
refundable except as expressly stated in our Refunds and Cancellation Policy
6. Event Posting and Management
Promoters are granted the facility to post, manage, and promote events such as soirées, live
events, galas, concerts, festivals, and parties. When posting an event, you must provide
complete and accurate information about your event, including but not limited to the event’s
date, location, ticket prices, and compliance with our content guidelines. Prohibited activities
include promoting illegal activities, infringing on intellectual property rights, or engaging in
deceptive practices. Plezievent reserves the right to remove any event or take other actions
against promoters who violate our terms or applicable laws.
7. Ticket Sales and Purchases
a. Purchasing Tickets: Users can purchase tickets to events listed on Plezievent without a
membership plan. When you purchase a ticket, you agree to the listed price and any
additional fees that may apply. Plezievent serves as an intermediary in these transactions,
facilitating communication and payment between buyers and sellers but is not a party to the
actual sale.
b. Selling Tickets: Promoters are responsible for setting ticket prices and for the accuracy of
all information related to their events. In case of disputes regarding ticket sales, Plezievent
provides a resolution mechanism through our customer support, helping both parties reach
an amicable solution.
c. Dispute Resolution: For any disputes arising from ticket sales, please contact our support
team. We will assist in mediating the dispute and strive to resolve it in a fair and timely
manner
8. Refunds and Cancellation Policy
a. Refunds: Plezievent offers a 24-hour refund policy from the time of ticket purchase.
Beyond this period, tickets are non-refundable except under specific conditions set by the
event organizer or as required by law. Conditions for eligibility and the process for requesting
a refund are detailed in our Refund Request Form available on the Site.
b. Cancellations: In the event of an event cancellation, Plezievent will facilitate refunds to
ticket purchasers. Promoters are required to inform Plezievent and attendees of any
cancellations promptly and process refunds in accordance with our guidelines.
c. National Crisis or Artist No-Show: In cases of national crises or if the artist fails to show up
for an event, our standard 24-hour cancellation policy will not apply. Under these
circumstances, event attendees will be eligible for a refund. Requests for refunds must meet
the following criteria:
A request from 90% of ticket purchasers for the event.
Photographic or video evidence provided 2 to 4 hours after the scheduled start time
of the event demonstrating the specific reason for the cancellation (e.g., absence of
the artist).
d. Non-Availability of Refund: In cases where refunds are not available, users will have the
option to change their tickets for another event or resell them through our platform, subject to
the terms of the original purchase
9. User and Promoter Conduct
Users and promoters are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that respects the
rights and dignity of others on the Plezievent platform. Prohibited behaviors include, but are
not limited to, harassment, use of offensive language, fraudulent activity, and violation of
intellectual property rights. Violations of these conduct guidelines will be addressed through
a tiered response system, ranging from warnings to account suspension or termination,
depending on the severity and frequency of the violations.
10. Data Use and Geo-Location Services
Plezievent may collect and use data, including geo-location information, to enhance user
experience and provide relevant event recommendations. Your use of our services
constitutes consent to such data collection and use, as detailed in our [Privacy Policy](link to
privacy policy). We comply with all applicable data protection laws. Users have the ability to
manage their data preferences and consent through their account settings.
11. Marketing and Promotions
Plezievent and its users may engage in marketing and promotional activities on the platform.
Such activities must adhere to our marketing guidelines, which comply with legal advertising
standards and respect user privacy. Promoters and artists are encouraged to promote their
events while ensuring that all marketing communications are truthful, non-deceptive, and
respect the preferences of our users.
12. Payment Processing and Financial Terms
Payment for tickets sold on Plezievent is processed securely through our platform.
Promoters will receive their payment for ticket sales 3 to 7 business days post-event, minus
applicable taxes and service fees. In the event of a payment dispute, users should contact
our support team for resolution. We will mediate between parties to resolve such disputes in
a fair and timely manner. All transaction fees will be clearly stated during the payment
process, ensuring transparency for both buyers and sellers.
13. Intellectual Property Rights
a. Content Ownership: All content posted on Plezievent, including event listings, images, and
descriptions, remains the intellectual property of the respective owners. Users and
promoters must ensure they have the necessary rights to any content they post on the
platform.
b. License to Use: By posting content on Plezievent, you grant us a non-exclusive,
worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with
the platform’s services. This license does not transfer any ownership rights and is limited to
the purpose of providing and promoting the services of Plezievent.
Content Verification and Intellectual Property Claims:
c. Image Authentication: We conduct inspections of images used on our platform to verify
their authenticity. If an image is claimed by its rightful owner as being used without
permission, we will promptly remove the post.
d. Public Claims on Intellectual Property: We allow the public to claim their work, such as
photography, if used without permission on our platform. To verify such claims, the claimant
must provide:
A link to their portfolio where the photos have been posted.
JPEG images before and after editing.
A written letter explaining the claim and the reasons for it.
14. Liability and Indemnification
a. Limitation of Liability: Plezievent’s liability in connection with the services, whether in
contract, tort, or under any other theory of liability, is limited to the amount you have paid to
Plezievent for the use of services. This does not affect any liability which cannot be excluded
or limited under applicable law.
b. Indemnification: Users and promoters agree to indemnify and hold harmless Plezievent,
its affiliates, officers, agents, employees, and partners from any claim or demand, including
reasonable attorney’s fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the
services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.
15. Privacy and Security Measures
Plezievent is committed to protecting the privacy and security of its users. We implement
industry-standard security measures, such as encryption, firewalls, and regular security
audits, to safeguard your data. Our data protection practices are periodically reviewed and

Promoters have access to analytics and performance monitoring tools on Plezievent. These
tools provide valuable insights into event performance, aiding promoters in making informed
decisions. All data used in these tools is aggregated and anonymized to protect individual
user privacy. We ensure that our analytics practices comply with applicable data protection
laws.
17. Third-Party Links and Services
The Plezievent platform may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not
owned or controlled by Plezievent. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies,
or practices of any third-party websites or services. Your use of these external sites is at
your own risk.
18. Amendments and Modifications
Plezievent reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide
notice of significant changes to the Terms by posting on the website, via email, or through
other means as appropriate. Continued use of our services after any such changes
constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
19. Multicurrency and International Use
Plezievent supports transactions in multiple currencies to accommodate international users.
Users outside the USA can purchase services in their local currency, subject to the
prevailing exchange rate and applicable fees. Please be aware that additional terms may
apply to international transactions, including, but not limited to, currency conversion fees and
compliance with local laws and regulations.
20. Account Cancellation and Re-Registration.
a. Account Cancellation: Users and promoters have the right to cancel their accounts at any
time. Membership cancellations are free of charge and can be initiated by the account
holder. Upon cancellation, your account will be deactivated, and your data will be retained or
deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
b. Re-Registration: Former users and promoters are welcome to re-sign up on our platform.
You may use the same account details or create a new one as per your preference, subject
to our account policies.
c. Tax Documentation for Promoters: Promoters who have sold more than $600 through
Plezievent will receive a Form 1099, complying with tax documentation requirements.
21. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of New York,
USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes or claims arising out of or
in connection with these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in New York,
except as otherwise agreed by the parties or as described in the Arbitration Agreement.
